Tamagotchi iD L is an upgrade to the original iD system. In this rendition, your Tamagotchi can have its own pet, called a TamaPet (what else would it be called?). Unlike the Japanese-exclusive iD, the iD L was also released in China, where it was translated into English. There are six original iD L shell designs, and three Japanese-exclusive special editions were released after that. Unlike previous iterations of the large-sized Deka Station, a special device placed at select retailers where people could download special content onto their Tamagotchis, the iD L Deka Spot was the same size as a regular Tamagotchi, and so it is also included in this list.
